Central Keskus stems from the southernmost reaches of the Tll-Ikish steppes up to around the latitude where the two main mountain ranges of the continent meet on the eastern side, and roughly halfway up the Wakrefwim (lit: Far reaching river, the name of the largely enclosed sea) on the western side. It's populated by the Tll-Ikish, amongst other peoples.
